Welder – Weekly Pay – Benefits From Day 1 - $25/HR
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in Sheldon, Iowa. As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and equipment through the use of welders, cutters, shapers, and measuring tools. You will work with a variety of materials and follow blueprints and specifications to ensure high-quality welds.
Location: Sheldon, Iowa
Pay Rate: $22 to $25 per hour ( Based on experience )
Shift: Monday – Friday (6am – 3:30pm) OT Available
Key Responsibilities:
Perform welding tasks using MIG, TIG, and other welding techniques.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
Inspect welded surfaces and structures to identify and correct any defects.
Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Certification in welding or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience as a welder.
Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and other welding techniques.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
