Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our PulsePoint locations.

The Project Director is responsible for identifying key people to bring about change and develops a network of contacts to achieve large-scale project goals and objectives.

How you will make an impact:

1. Manage a variety of simultaneous large-scale projects across business units, regions, or the enterprise.
2. Lead large-scale projects across IT and Business Units managing the delivery of both technical capabilities and associated operational readiness.
3. Influence at all levels within the organization, often setting strategy and direction.
4. Coach and mentor project team members.
5. Mentor other project managers around project management methodology.
6. Determine project scope; develop resource, risk, quality, cost, and scope management plans.
7. Develop training plans; define, recommend, and secure contractual agreements for services and products.
8. Coordinate requirements, schedules implementation and post-implement plans, and develop service-level agreements for vendor partners and global resource firms.
9. Develop project approval matrix.
10. Identify project team training and tool needs.
11. Define quality gates for each project methodology phase; define critical success factors; establish and manage the project warranty period.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS in a related field and a minimum of 9 years professional project management experience, with at least 7 years spent leading and directing large project tasks; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experience:

1. Awareness of significant contributing factors to manage project change and demonstration of a solid understanding of end-to-end business processes and the critical IT dependencies strongly preferred.
2. Masters in Project Management preferred.
3. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

For candidates working in person or remotely, the salary range for this specific position is $120,120 to $214,500.
