The Project Director is responsible for identifying key people to bring about change and develops a network of contacts to achieve large-scale project goals and objectives.
How you will make an impact:
- Manage a variety of simultaneous large-scale projects across business units, regions, or the enterprise.
- Lead large-scale projects across IT and Business Units managing the delivery of both technical capabilities and associated operational readiness.
- Influence at all levels within the organization, often setting strategy and direction.
- Coach and mentor project team members.
- Mentor other project managers around project management methodology.
- Determine project scope; develop resource, risk, quality, cost, and scope management plans.
- Develop training plans; define, recommend, and secure contractual agreements for services and products.
- Coordinate requirements, schedules implementation and post-implement plans, and develop service-level agreements for vendor partners and global resource firms.
- Develop project approval matrix.
- Identify project team training and tool needs.
- Define quality gates for each project methodology phase; define critical success factors; establish and manage the project warranty period.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS in a related field and a minimum of 9 years professional project management experience, with at least 7 years spent leading and directing large project tasks; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experience:
- Awareness of significant contributing factors to manage project change and demonstration of a solid understanding of end-to-end business processes and the critical IT dependencies strongly preferred.
- Masters in Project Management preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

For candidates working in person or remotely, the salary range for this specific position is $120,120 to $214,500.
