160over90 is seeking a Senior Account Manager that will be part of a dedicated team responsible for the day-to-day servicing of a client’s talent and entertainment related partnerships. The position will be based in Los Angeles and report to the team’s Account Director in our Santa Monica office.
Responsibilities

  1. Day-to-day management and support of client’s sponsorship activation and talent partnership marketing efforts, interfacing directly with clients
  2. Participate in the development and implementation of sponsorship initiatives, including customized talent and entertainment programs and promotions
  3. Support with the management of a full-service brand talent and influencer program and associated campaigns, including researching, pitching, negotiating, contracting, social support, recap materials and otherwise fulfilling talent relationships
  4. Event project management, coverage, and talent liaison, including on-site support at events including music festivals, concerts, production shoots, tour stops, and speaker events
  5. Assist with the creation of sponsorship and activation materials. This will include, but not be limited to development of creative elements, client marketing presentations, securing approvals from key stakeholders and distribution of materials to clients and partners
  6. Interface and work closely with other account team members, including but not limited to internal creative, production and experiential teams, along with other internal Endeavor divisions
  7. Collaborate with external agencies, partners, vendors, and all appropriate agencies/properties to support sponsorship initiatives and coordinate deliverables as necessary
Education And Skills
  1. Bachelor’s Degree
  2. A minimum of 6-8 years of agency or client-based account management experience (specific disciplines could include sponsorship marketing, partnership marketing, event/experiential marketing, talent representation and management, social media, influencer marketing)
  3. Experience and understanding of the music business, talent booking/management, media and entertainment marketing/sponsorship landscape, and social media and cultural landscape
  4. Ability to manage the development and implementation of talent and entertainment partnerships marketing strategy on behalf of client or company
  5. Participation in contract negotiations
  6. Experience with on-site event talent management and logistics
  7. Ability to manage day-to-day relationships with client and agency(s)
  8. Experience working with internal teams (account/creative) as well as other agency partners
  9. Superior client relationship/service skills
  10. Outstanding talent relationship and management skills
  11. Ability to think strategically and creatively
  12. Ability to problem-solve independently and in groups
  13. Excellent time management, written and oral communication skills
  14. Ability to travel ~15% of the time
  15. Exceptional in MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Range Minimum: $73,388 annually
Hiring Range Maximum: $97,850 annually
