Remote Construction Defect Attorney

Location: Remote only in CA with the option to work from their LA office if you prefer.

Base Salary: $150,000 - $220,000

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Construction Defect Attorney to join a prestigious firm specializing in Construction & Real Estate Law. This firm represents construction owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, and public agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in construction and litigation, including developers, property owners, contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Advise clients on construction contracts, real estate transactions, and related legal matters.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
• 2+ years of experience in construction or real estate law.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
