*Description:*
This role is procurement warehouse related and revolves around procuring equipment for network releases with a "just in time" approach, meaning that they do not keep extra equipment on standby. When there is a deployment, they order the equipment needed for that specific deployment and there ideally is not a surplus that sits on a shelf for later use. Some equipment will be re-deployable and some may be EOL (end of life - no longer able to be used), so that inventory needs to be managed with the understanding that some can be re-used and some will need to be disposed of. Need to standardize processes for the users (release managers) who work with this equipment for deployments to minimize the equipment that is sitting on the shelf.
