About the Role
Our talent is the heart of our culture at Gap Inc., and the Old Navy HR Project Manager is responsible for overseeing critical Human Resources projects, from concept-to-launch timelines and all supporting processes, resources, and communication. They will work directly with/for the SVP and Head of Human Resources, Old Navy to help streamline and simplify the decision-making process, manage the execution of projects and tasks across all facets of business operations, including day to day management, organizing project scope, project flow, preparing presentations, key stakeholder management and the integration of interdependencies across multiple workstreams. This role is highly cross-functional – they will collaborate and work with a variety of teams within HR (generalists, talent development, talent acquisition and talent rewards) to drive cross-functional work as well as business partners in the brand.
Exceptional communication, organization, ability to manage complexity and systems thinking is required in this role. This position requires a strategic mindset and consulting skills with a strong bias towards delivery.
What You'll Do
- Build strategic partnerships across HR Business Partners, brand or functional business leaders and other Gap Inc HR partners to develop and execute high impact talent strategies
- Advise and consult with leaders and cross functional partners to develop and operationalize the People and Culture goals to achieve specific business outcomes
- Enable successful execution of talent initiatives through effective project and process management; ensure desired outcomes are clear, key milestones are identified and aligned to, and that the initiatives are value added to the business
- Responsible for quality of services and advice in meeting business partner needs
- Responsible for end results of team and shares responsibility over resources, budget and adherence to policies
Who You Are
- Continuous learner and possess an organizational savviness to build relationships across a matrixed organization, understand the business needs and deliver results
- Create with audacity through using your strong diagnostic skills in listening, probing and analyzing to translate business problems into data driven solutions
- Strong ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets and present them through compelling data storytelling
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and comfort with HR systems
- Ability to assess relatively complex situations and analyze data to make judgments and recommend solutions

Salary Range: $95,600 - $137,900 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
