Overview Corporate Bank Technology has embarked on a multi-year technology refresh program that includes revitalization of 'Channel' applications for payment initiation. You will be working on enhancing applications that follow layered architecture pattern using JAVA EE architecture with an Oracle backend. Collaborate with other Senior Engineers and Lead Engineers on the platform embracing agile practices to incrementally add functionality to the platform, with a focus on automation and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD). Partner with business and technology managers to maintain the application stack providing clients the ability to initiate payments in real time.

What You'll Do

  • Design and develop test execution plans for product enhancements testing
  • Partner with business analysts to understand requirements and convert them into solutions
  • Co-work with Quality Assurance team on test automation
  • Follow Quality assurance processes throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Collaborate with engineers on technical discussions and architecture decisions
  • Update CI/CD approach to encompass tests and influence system design

Skills You'll Need

  • Extensive SDET/Quality assurance experience with SQL and Java
  • Understanding of testing frameworks, Unix, windows platforms, and Agile processes
  • Backend testing, UI testing, and API testing experience
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins and experience with Test Driven Development and/or Behavior-Driven Development using Cucumber
  • Familiarity with UX/UI methodology
