Gateways Boys and Girls Home is a group home for adolescents in foster care. We typically help between 10-16 residents at a time, all ranging between 10-20 years old. We are currently looking for a Program Director/Therapist to join our team.
This is a full-time position. Duties include, but are not limited to: admission assessments, treatment plans, monthly/quarterly resident reports, and discharge planning. The applicant must be task-oriented and efficient, as reports must be completed in a timely manner. You will also serve as a therapist for our residents, including individual, group, and family therapy.
Applicants must have a Master's Degree in Social Work or a Human Service field. They may also be licensed (through Missouri) as a certified social worker with a minimum of 2 years of experience providing treatment services, with at least one year in a residential setting.
