Position Summary
This non-tenure track faculty position will include teaching undergraduate and graduate level food science related courses and will focus on marketing and recruiting for the minor in food science and developing opportunities for students enrolled in the minor.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate and graduate level food science related courses
- Facilitate marketing and recruitment for the minor in food science
- Develop opportunities for students enrolled in the minor in food science
- Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
A doctoral degree in food science
At least 5 years of experience in the food science field
Teaching experience at the university level
