As they continue to expand their presence on the West Coast, they are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager - CPG Beverage to support and execute sales strategies across the Colorado region.

Description



Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Execution: Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share across key accounts in the West Coast region for FMCG Clients.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and on-premise establishments to ensure brand loyalty and consistent product placement.
  • Team Support: Assist in managing a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and support to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Market Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region, expanding product presence and increasing sales volume.
  • Promotions & Events: Support the execution of marketing and promotional activities, including in-store tastings, events, and brand activations to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular updates on performance, market trends, and account developments to the Sales Director.
  • Collaboration: Work with the broader sales team, marketing, and operations departments to ensure successful product launches and sales campaigns.

Profile



Qualifications for Sales Manager - CPG Beverage candidate:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the alcohol, beverage, or CPG industry. Experience in the West Coast market is a plus.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to execute sales strategies and achieve targets, with a strong understanding of distributor and retailer relationships.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team and support others in achieving sales goals.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the alcohol industry, market dynamics, and competitors in the region.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel regularly across the West Coast to meet clients and attend industry events (valid driver's license required).
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
