Job Summary
The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations within the establishment, ensuring that the highest standards of service and quality are maintained. Duties

• Lead and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
• Oversee food production processes, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to foster a high-performing team culture.
• Coordinate food preparation and presentation for various events, including banquets and special occasions.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality products are sourced.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on insights gathered.
• Prepare reports on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Skills

• Proven experience in the food industry, particularly in roles such as Assistant Manager or similar positions.
• Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food production processes.
• Excellent inventory control skills to manage stock levels effectively.
