Quality Assurance Manager
Position Responsibilities:

• Oversee the inspection of incoming raw materials and inform the operations team of any quality issues.
  
• Manage First In, First Out (FIFO) inventory system.
  
• Oversee and manage daily inventory of all Work-In-Progress (WIP) products
  
• Conduct production line quality checks, including product quality, case quality, Tsunami checks, metal detector checks, and room temperature checks.
  
• Complete non-conformance forms for products not meeting specifications.
  
• Serve as a member of the HACCP team.
  
• Continuously develop and implement and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) training programs.
  
• Stay updated with relevant international, federal, state, and local regulations.
  
• Ensure compliance with all current certification requirements and manage the addition of any new required certifications.
  
• Maintain the Quality Management system.
  
• Communicate and implement quality and safety procedures outlined in the QMFS to all necessary personnel.
  
• Review and approve monitoring activities to ensure safety parameters are met.
  
• Hold and track non-conforming products.
  
• Authorize product release
  
• Analyze QMFS activities for completion, efficacy, and efficiency.
  
• Track completion of corrective actions and verify preventative actions.
