Senior Vice President, Community Solutions

Ezee Fiber is seeking a Senior Vice President, Community Solutions to lead the strategy, execution, and overall performance of the company's Multi-Dwelling Units (MDU), Homeowners Associations (HOA), and Master Planned Community business. This role will oversee a sales team across Ezee Fiber’s multi-state footprint and work directly with national and local builders, developers, and communities to secure bulk and access agreements for our suite of 100% fiber connectivity services. The SVP will focus on expanding our presence in both greenfield (new developments) and brownfield (existing developments), driving sales growth and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This position reports to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for acquiring and managing MDU, HOA, and Master Planned Community agreements for both brownfield and greenfield developments.
  • Identify potential growth areas and market opportunities within community-based service sectors.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define short-term and long-term goals for the Community Solutions business segment.

Community Engagement & Partnership Development

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with property developers, landlords, municipal stakeholders, community leaders, local governments, and organizations.
  • Represent Ezee Fiber in community forums, public meetings, and industry events to champion policies and initiatives that benefit the communities we serve.
  • Design and oversee programs that address community needs, including digital literacy, access to technology, and economic development.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee the development and deployment of services in MDUs and greenfield sites.
  • Coordinate with engineering, marketing, and service delivery teams to ensure project alignment and timely execution.
  • Implement best-in-class processes and technologies to improve service reliability, increase customer satisfaction, and reduce churn.
  • Ensure operational teams are equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and training.

Sales & Marketing Leadership

  • Lead and mentor the sales team across Ezee Fiber’s multi-state footprint.
  • Drive revenue growth by expanding the portfolio of communities served and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate agreements that benefit all parties while aligning with organizational goals.
  • Partner with marketing to develop targeted campaigns, build brand awareness, and generate demand in community-based settings.

Financial & Operational Management

  • Oversee the P&L for the Community Solutions business unit, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and capital investments to maximize efficiency and return on investment.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Ensure projects are financially viable and aligned with overall company objectives.

Customer-Centric Focus

  • Lead initiatives to enhance the customer journey using data-driven insights.
  • Establish feedback mechanisms to gather input from community stakeholders and residents for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure delivery of top-tier customer support, driving satisfaction and loyalty.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Provide leadership and direction to the Community Solutions team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Oversee training and development programs to enhance team capabilities.
  • Set clear performance expectations and hold team members accountable for results.

Qualifications

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in real estate, telecommunications, or related fields.
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically to creatively solve complex problems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in community engagement, public relations, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of leadership and team management.
