The case manager is an advocate for clients when securing services and is responsible for coordinating all services deemed necessary to meet the needs of clients served. The Children's Case Manager (CCM) will be sensitive toward others and enjoy working with children and adolescents and work effectively within an interdisciplinary team.This position will be required to possess the ability and desire to work flexible hours to meet client demand.
