Insurance Account Executive

Insight Global is currently hiring a full-time Account Executive for a large insurance company located in Richmond, VA. This role will be hybrid after the training period but the candidate must be local to the Richmond area. The Account Executive supports the team by managing accounts, staying informed about market trends, providing strategic insights regarding clients, review policy documents and invoices, etc.

Must Haves:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in the insurance industry
• State P&C (property & casualty) and/or surplus line licenses

They will pay for license if candidate is willing to get it

D2D:

• Prepare accounts for new business and the renewal process as directed by the broker.
• Initiate renewal reviews to deliver optimal client coverage and suggest steps for client retention.
• Support the broker in creating market submissions and quote cover letters for agents.
• Collaborate with the broker to drive renewals and solicit new business through client referrals.
