Job Description/Role
The Director of Human Resources, often referred to as HR Director, is responsible for overseeing all aspects of an organization’s human resources function. This role is essential in developing and executing HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
The Director of Human Resources should possess strong leadership and communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization. They play a critical role in shaping the company’s culture, fostering employee growth, and ensuring the organization’s human capital is effectively leveraged to achieve business success.

Skills/Qualifications
- BA Degree or work equivalent in Human Resources (MA or 3+ years experience preferred)

- Comprehensive employment and business data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Trustworthy in all job related aspects
- Related experience or training; hands-on experience in all aspects of HR
- Supervisory experience
- Understanding of employment legislation and regulations
- Proven project management skills
- Ability to evaluate job performance
- Knowledgeable of Human Resource Management
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Google Docs, etc.)
