Our client, a well-established Building Materials Manufacturer based in SeaTac, WA , is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Sales to lead their sales organization and fuel aggressive revenue growth. About the Role: As the VP of Sales, you will manage and lead the national B2B sales teams, overseeing revenue generation and executing strategic initiatives to drive growth. You’ll work closely with local General Managers (GMs), aligning sales efforts with regional operations and ensuring a coordinated, high-performance approach. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience, ideally within the building materials or manufacturing sectors, but exceptional candidates from related industries will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly manage and lead a high-performing national B2B sales team, focusing on optimizing performance and driving significant revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and exceed annual growth targets
  • Collaborate closely with local GMs, aligning sales initiatives with operational goals to ensure seamless execution and results.
  • Analyze key sales metrics and trends to optimize performance and ensure the team is on track to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners within the building materials sector.
  • Drive accountability, ensuring that the sales team meets performance goals, with a clear focus on growth and profitability.
  • Bring fresh leadership and strategy to an already established team, helping them achieve new levels of success.

Who You Are:

  • A proven VP of Sales or Senior Sales Leader with strong B2B sales experience, ideally within building materials, manufacturing, or a related sector.
  • A strategic thinker who can quickly learn industry dynamics and apply best practices to drive performance.
  • Comfortable working in a matrix leadership structure where local GMs handle operations while you focus on sales strategy and metrics.
  • A data-driven leader with a track record of analyzing performance metrics to drive growth and accountability.
  • A strong communicator who can inspire, motivate, and lead a diverse, multi-regional sales team to success.
  • Able to relocate or already based in the SeaTac, WA area.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $250,000 - $300,000
  • Performance Bonus: 10% for meeting targets, up to 30% for exceeding aggressive growth targets.
  • Long-Term Incentive (LTI): 30% vested over time.
  • Full relocation package available for top candidates willing to move to SeaTac, WA.
