Essential Duties:
- Installing, troubleshooting Windows OS – desktop as well as servers & VMware
- Provide expert level desktop and hardware support to users in their daily operations.
- Managing Routine system administration tasks such as patching, performing regular backups
- Monitoring health and performance of the network
- Basic scripting/programming and web development skills
Top Requirements
- Strong expertise in Windows OS - both desktop and server
- Experience with VMware.
- Demonstrable experience in providing high-level desktop support.
- Expertise in routine system admin operations including patching and backups.
- Excellent monitoring skills with a focus on network health and performance.
- Basic scripting/programming and web development skills.
- Knowledge of network devices like firewalls, routers & switches will be a nice to have
