What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Promote and sell Practical Law and CoCounsel solutions to new law firm customers through outbound calls
- Meet and exceed sales quotas and telephone activity targets
- Manage inbound leads and accurately log sales activities in the CRM system
- Build and maintain client relationships through consultative conversations
- Collaborate with various internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience with quota attainment
- College degree in business, sales, or a related field strongly preferred
- Experience in a prospecting and cold calling environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com, and Microsoft Office applications

- Legal industry knowledge or experience
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate products, solutions, and pricing with customers
- Experience using web-based tools for product demonstrations
