What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Promote and sell Practical Law and CoCounsel solutions to new law firm customers through outbound calls
  2. Meet and exceed sales quotas and telephone activity targets
  3. Manage inbound leads and accurately log sales activities in the CRM system
  4. Build and maintain client relationships through consultative conversations
  5. Collaborate with various internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience with quota attainment
  2. College degree in business, sales, or a related field strongly preferred
  3. Experience in a prospecting and cold calling environment
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills
  5. Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com, and Microsoft Office applications

  1. Legal industry knowledge or experience
  2. Demonstrated ability to negotiate products, solutions, and pricing with customers
  3. Experience using web-based tools for product demonstrations
