IB & Cross Product Operations has multiple departments in the region covering Fixed Income & Currency, Margin Treasury & Tax, Regulatory & Cross Product Operations. This Business Mgmt. & Governance Lead role is based in Jacksonville, US and is accountable and responsible for all governance & business mgmt. aspects and functions pertaining to Investment Banking & Cross product operations globally. The role will be reporting to Chief Operating Officer of IB & Cross Product Operations division.

What You'll Do
Support into and define the plan, explain cost base, forecast the financial performance. Prepare, analyze, and respond to monthly and quarterly financial, headcount and strategic reporting globally and regionally
Model and fine tune all business allocations to different global / regional business entities working in partnership with business, operations and Finance and deliver meticulous cost modelling for each function within Operations. Prepare detailed allocations modelling to explain to the senior business desk heads / Front Office (FO) Chief Operating Officer (COOs) business on a regular basis
Maintain the Headcount tracking and be able to reconcile at various regional and product level. Oversee and governance for hiring of all open roles regionally and globally. Support business continuity, promotion, recognition award, relocation, various exception, and other people activities
Identify and run various cost initiatives to enable banks and functions targets. Lead annual planning and IG aspects providing full transparency & coordination across ops while maintaining and monitoring contra revenue saves, monthly business review governance, and key performance indicator (KPI) monitoring
Manage regional business management activities and support global business managers from a product / functional vertical point of view while managing regional senior governance support, and product stakeholders' management
How You'll Lead
Work in collaboration with the global / functional leads within the Chief Operating Office while managing regional key stakeholders with a self-Motivated with proactive approach and with strong written and verbal communication skills
Lead in collaboration working as a strong team player as well as an individual contributor while adhering to Deutsche Bank's values and beliefs as aligned to TiDB (This is Deutsche Bank)
Build relationships with clients internally & externally and focus on client satisfaction, tight stakeholder management experience with senior management
Skills You'll Need
The ideal candidate should have experience working in business management / Finance role in an Investment Banking domain having dealt with complex business programs / divisional budget, cost, and headcount management
Proven experience operating in Operations domain especially focusing cost optimization, financials reporting and management, cost allocations and modelling is preferred
Proven experience having executed location strategy, cost benefit analysis, vendor risk management, and also dealt with BAU BM activities akin to an Operations function / site having dealt with business continuity, resiliency, multi-year cost planning
Prior experience having done vendor, headcount management, regional governance in the context of budget / cost management is preferred
Skills That Will Help You Excel
Display strong analytical abilities and displays a high degree of control awareness, attention to detail and focuses on providing quality output. Strong influencing and networking skills to deliver necessary business driven outcomes
Prior experience working in a regulatory domain or regulatory initiatives in a change / transformation capacity preferred given the nature of this role. Proficiency in MS office with specific concentration on MS Excel & PowerPoint
Expectations
It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville, FL office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville, FL is $93,000 to $133,300. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
