How You'll Create Possibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and execution of parts for ice machines and beverage dispensers.

  • Create detailed design specifications and conduct feasibility studies.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards.

  • Collaborate with manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain teams.

  • Mentor junior engineers and manage project timelines.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Utilize strong knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and CAD software.

  • Preferred experience in the refrigeration or appliance industry.

What You'll Bring to Our Team

  • B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical degree.

  • 5 years of experience in ice machine or refrigeration design.

  • Proficiency in CAD software.

  • Strong understanding of thermodynamics and fluid dynamics.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior engineers.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements.
