Tool & Die Maker

As a Tool & Die Maker (also known as Tooling Technician, Die Maintenance Specialist), you'll be responsible for the construction and repair of gauges, fixtures, tooling, and dies. Your role will also involve the assembly and testing of complex tooling and dies in production departments, ensuring the highest quality of work.

• Proficiency in manual machining skills, tool/die/mold repair skills, and tool/die/mold setup experience.
• Ability to use blueprints, sketches, models, or provided specifications to plan sequences of operations for fabricating tools, dies, and assemblies.
• Experience in verifying dimensions, alignments, and clearances of finished parts for conformance to specifications, utilizing measuring instruments such as calipers, gauge blocks, micrometers, and dial indicators.
