The Team Leader, Church & Dwight is responsible for the daily operation of the Church & Dwight Ewing Integrated Partners team. Reporting to the VP, Integrated Partners, the Team Leader oversees the functional aspects of project management, processes, and workflows necessary to effectively service Olberding's client. As a working manager, the Team Leader directs the local staff and coordinates design and production activities with other Olberding locations and teams.

As the leader of the location, the Team Leader has overall accountability for ensuring projects meet client needs and expectations are balanced with Olberding's internal objectives. In addition, the Team Leader works closely with the VP, Integrated Partners and the Client Engagement Manager to develop and maintain effective client relations, as well as to promote continuous process improvement within Olberding.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Establish Standard Operating Procedures for the various Olberding roles within the on-site team
  • Promote a team environment by providing guidance, assistance, and training to the assigned staff
  • Collaborate with the Church & Dwight Client Engagement Manager to develop and ensure ongoing client communication and support in order to remain proactive and enable the team to exceed client expectations
  • Provide backup support to the Graphics Account Managers during peak times or vacation periods
  • Communicate regularly with the VP, Integrated Partners and the Client Engagement Manager regarding any issues or potential risks requiring prompt attention
  • Recommend and drive operational improvements that will promote efficiencies and/or decreased costs
  • Partner with the Technology team to ensure workflows and equipment needs take advantage of technology innovations
  • Conduct and document regular meetings with staff, as well as growth and development plans and performance evaluations for each staff member
  • Monitor timeliness and quality levels to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications Include:

  • Strong project management and organization skills
  • Strong client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Proofreading and/or copy-editing experience preferred
  • Data entry experience preferred
  • Possess a client service mindset: passionate about servicing the client, the team and other OBF employees
  • Required computer skills: MacOS, Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat
  • Understanding of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
  • Consumer product company packaging knowledge or experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent of 10+ years' work experience
