Disability Employment Manager ~ Full-Time with Benefits
Are you ready to lead and make a difference? We are seeking a Disability Employment Manager to support our clients and implement SEMP and ETP programs. This role offers the opportunity to shape programs, support individuals with disabilities, and contribute to their growth and independence through employment. This is a supervisory position; supervising Job Coaches. Reports to the Associate Executive Director.
Location: 414 Kirkpatrick Street, Syracuse NY
Full-time, some flexibility needed
$24 per hour (non-exempt)
Responsibilities include:
Bachelor degree required. Human services experience in a management-related field with 3 years' experience working with people with disabilities, preferred. Experience with OPWDD and Medicaid Regulations is advantageous.
Conditions of Employment
Must possess a valid driver's license and transportation necessary to meet program needs. Must pass background checks. We are looking for someone with outstanding communication, project management, and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential, along with the ability to develop constructive relationships and adapt to changing work demands.

- Reviewing fiscal and programmatic viability
- Attending life plan meetings and writing staff action plans
- Coordinating program intakes
- Monitoring employment plans and ensuring implementation of individualized goals
- Filling in for job coaches as needed
- Flexible hours to meet programmatic need
