Job Requirements / Description

The Capital Planning Engineer develops and manages the capital expenditure (CAPEX) plans, ensures that engineering projects align with business objectives, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to execute capital projects. This includes working with our breweries and finance teams to ensure that we deliver each project on budget and in full.

Accountabilities & Impact:

  • Develop long-term capital plans in line with company growth and maintenance strategies.
  • Conduct financial analysis and feasibility studies for capital projects.
  • Ensure proper allocation of funds for maintenance, replacement, and new investments.
  • Track and report on CAPEX project progress, ensuring adherence to budget and timeline.
  • Collaborate with procurement for cost-effective equipment and service acquisitions.

Skills & Experiences Needed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field and 6+ years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, capital expenditure analysis, and project management software.
  • Effective communication for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
