Due to tremendous growth, this organization is seeking a Psychiatrist with an interest in an administrative role to join their organization. This community mental health facility is passionate about rural community-based mental and behavioral health with vast plans for continued growth and expansion, especially in youth psychiatry, primary care, and crisis continuum.

Opportunity:

1. 50% Clinical and 50% Administrative
2. Serve as a collaborator, along with the Chief Medical Officer, for a team of PMHNP providers and work alongside great support staff
3. 100% On-Site
4. Participate virtually in call schedule for inpatient psychiatric facility.

Requirements:

1. Board Eligible/Board Certified in Psychiatry
2. Lifespan provider
3. Active Indiana license

Compensation/Benefits:

1. Competitive guaranteed base salary with higher earning potential based on background and the addition of production and quality bonus
2. Full benefits, 5 days CME plus annual allowance, and retention bonus negotiable
