An overview of this position entailsThis position is responsible for processing all accounts payable transactions, depositing cash receipts and provide accounting services to property management company.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESInspect all check requests, expense vouchers, invoices, and statements for proper coding, signature authorization, and back up documentation Inputting payable items into accounting software. Printing and distributing checks, filing copies of checks and completed requests. Preparing on-demand checks.
