Status: Full-Time Hourly FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt
Summary of Position: Life Coaches will be responsible for facilitating the program’s overall initiatives with regards to Street Outreach Worker and case management services and independent living and/or adult preparation life skills.
Position works closely with high-risk adults at risk of committing, and becoming victims of, violent crime to help reduce or stop the crime from occurring.
This position is also responsible for the direct supervision of staff to include training and is responsible to assign participants and provide participant satisfaction, while maintaining positive community relations to increase the number of referrals and assist with program development.
Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree preferred or commensurate experience in community-based agency program is acceptable except for programs where the referring authority requires a specific degree.
Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance coverage.
