Business Tax Professional

Overview

We are seeking a Business Tax Professional to join our team and help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax Business products. This role involves managing complex business tax returns for Partnerships and S Corporations, as well as providing expert guidance and explanations of tax and technical terms to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file business tax returns for a minimum of 20 clients per season
• Interact with customers through video and audio tools to provide tax advice and guidance
• Create high quality customer interactions and experiences that instill confidence
• Document customer interactions and contribute to meeting company key performance metrics
