We’re seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Partner to join our vibrant HR Team in NYC in our brand-new office in the heart of SoHo.

Wake up for this:

  • Manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing candidates to in-depth interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with the hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source and manage candidate pools by identifying and approaching active and passive candidates through diverse channels.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to include professional networking, direct sourcing, employee referral programs, and social media to focus on a diverse pool of talent.
  • Participate in HR related projects and/or perform other tasks as required.
  • Think outside the box and be creative to always find new channels and sources and optimize our processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience for a startup, tech, or SaaS organization.
  • 2+ years of experience recruiting for Sales teams.
  • Proven track record of success owning the entire recruiting process.
  • Proficiency in working with various sourcing tools and methodologies to identify and attract top talents.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
  • Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

  • This position has a salary range of $100,000 to $120,000. This salary range is reflective of a position based in New York, New York.
