The CenterWell Clinical Quality Informatics Lead coordinates with other analytic teams, IT and business areas across the organization to ensure work is completed with insights from knowledge SMEs. They will partner closely with the Office of the Chief Medical Officer and Clinicians within the CenterWell assets to measure patient outcomes and value the impact of key clinical quality initiatives. The Informatics Lead works on patient-centric and clinical-related problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.
The Informatics Lead leverages their advanced knowledge of data, optimization, and tools. Applies disciplined analytics to predict behavior and optimize programs and products to maximize membership growth and patient outcomes. Understands and analyzes complex data, articulates to various units within the company at the appropriate level, impacts the business from mathematical concepts which have a potentially sizeable dollar impact on the business. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks and works under minimal supervision. Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action. Specific duties include:
- The individual will pull data from multiple disparate sources, consolidate for analysis, and synthesize to articulate findings to stakeholders.
- They will compile and evaluate cross-asset analytics to measure the value (both financial and patient impact) of clinical quality priority initiatives.
- They will partner closely with various CenterWell teams on current work to develop a clinical quality dashboard, KPIs and goals, measure progress to targets, and future work TBD.
- The individual must be an “analytics thinker” that can proactively identify and surface opportunities to improve patient outcomes, including the support of study design.

Required Qualifications
- 4 or more years of technical data analysis / insights expertise with large datasets
- 2 or more years of leadership experience
- Advanced experience in SAS, SQL
- Proficient in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
- Experience in healthcare with clinical data
- Strategic thinking and planning capabilities
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Experience in defining and executing measurement programs
- Experience with advanced analytics, including program evaluation and optimization
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Able to articulate and present findings and insights to senior leadership
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Degree
- Six Sigma certification

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$104,800 - $144,300 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
