B&B Trailers and Accessories is a family-owned business that specializes in truck accessories and trailer products and repairs. We are looking for a customer service representative who can provide excellent service to our customers and assist them with their needs.
As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for:

Greeting customers and answering their questions about our products and services

Recommending the best solutions for their truck and trailer needs

Processing sales transactions and issuing invoices and receipts

Scheduling appointments for installation, repair, or maintenance services

Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
To be successful in this role, you should have:

Some mechanical experience or knowledge of truck and trailer parts and accessories

Familiarity with truck caps, tonneau covers, boat trailers, and other tow behind trailers

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
