Our client, a high growth North American software vendor that sells self-service BSS solutions / Customer Experience (CX) apps to Telecoms Service Providers globally, is looking for a hunter sales profile to sell to Tier 1-3 Telcos in North America. Target customers would include the likes of Verizon, AT&T, Dish, T-mobile, Charter, COX, Lumen plus other tier 2 / tier 2 players.
The client offers Service Providers the ability to build long-term value and enhance their brand every time a subscriber interacts with them. Their Digital Experience platform (SaaS) allows Service Providers the flexibility to define intentional subscriber journeys to increase Customer Lifetime Value.
Due to the sub 100 person size of the business, candidates must be capable of working remotely and with minimal day-to-day management.
Ideal candidates should:
- Have sold complex software to the Telecoms Service Providers in the Americas (some exposure to North America preferred)
- Experience selling BSS or CX / Marketing solutions - someone who has sold to both marketing and IT would be preferred
- Have a solid sales track record
- Be happy traveling extensively
Stock options are available after 1 successful year with the business. The location is flexible as long as you are near a major airport in North America.
