Service Manager

Reporting to the Branch Selling Manager, you will ensure smooth daily operations while driving key projects and process improvements. From workforce management to overseeing P&L, this role requires leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and a passion for excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Operational Leadership : Coordinate subcontractor relations, deliveries, and purchase orders to keep the branch running efficiently.
• Technical Expertise : Get hands-on experience with modular building setups and furniture assembly, as well as troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
• Team Building : Recruit, train, and lead service technicians, drivers, and shop technicians.
• Efficiency Driver : Find cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high-quality standards for all work performed.
• Inventory Master : Oversee materials and parts inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained.
• Process Improvement : Lead initiatives to enhance workplace safety and efficiency.
• Safety Champion : Ensure safety procedures are followed, conducting regular safety meetings and toolbox talks.
• On-Site Leadership : Visit job sites, attend customer meetings, and ensure our projects run smoothly.
