**Job Description:**
- Provide speech therapy services in a home health setting.
- Work within the Rehab Division in a position covering for leave.
- May occasionally be required to work in the Acute Rehab Unit if census is low.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
- Utilize Meditech as the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Follow dress code requirements with options including teal top with brown bottom scrubs, black scrubs, or business casual attire.
- Work schedule typically from 7:00AM to 3:30PM or 8:00AM to 4:30PM.
