What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Lead the development of a 3-year product pipeline for Primal Pet Foods, focusing on domestic and international markets
2. Manage the ideation process and execution of innovation projects from concept to launch
3. Analyze market trends and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for innovation
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support innovation projects aligned with business objectives
5. Develop presentations to support product sell-in, marketing hand-off, and training

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. 5+ years of brand, innovation, or product development experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry
2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field; MBA is a plus
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
4. Experience with data sources such as Nielsen and trend reports
5. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
