Department: Human Resources
We are Walker & Dunlop. We are one of the largest providers of capital to the commercial real estate industry, enabling real estate owners and operators to bring their visions of communities — where people live, work, shop, and play — to life. We are committed to creating meaningful social, environmental, and economic change in our communities. We believe seeking diverse talent and promoting the inclusion of all perspectives are more than moral imperatives – they are critical to our success and ability to innovate and grow.
As a Senior Recruiter, you will lead the talent acquisition process for the Strategic Products and Services and the Affordable Housing teams. This is a great opportunity for an established recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and provide strategic partnership to the organization’s talent acquisition efforts. The ideal Senior Recruiter should embody professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to fostering positive recruitment interactions for both candidates and hiring teams. Additionally, they should demonstrate exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to sourcing and attracting top talent.
The Strategic Products and Services group provides invaluable insight and execution capabilities to our teams interfacing with our largest clients. The Senior Recruiter will be pivotal in supporting each business within this group as they pursue not only their standalone growth plans but also aim to achieve strategic goals and foster opportunities for their employees to develop and advance.
The Affordable Housing group is a unique platform that integrates investment sales, LIHTC equity, debt, and preservation specialists to support their mission to improve our nation’s affordable housing stock and ensure people have access to stable quality, and safe housing. You will support the growth of this platform and help to drive synergy and execution across the platform.
You will partner closely with the HR Business Partner of the Strategic Products and Services and Affordable Housing groups to deliver an integrated and holistic approach to supporting our stakeholders. The success of these groups is largely supported by our commitment to hire and develop the very best, creating a team that provides our clients with the highest quality of work and service.
