Job Requirements / Description

The Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating customer service requests for roofing and masonry maintenance, repairs, and inspections. You will work closely with clients, technicians, and project managers to ensure timely and efficient completion of service requests.

Duties and Responsibilities

·         Respond to customer service requests and schedule appointments for roofing and masonry maintenance, repairs and inspections

·         Coordinate with technicians and project managers to assign tasks and ensure timely completion of service requests

·         Update and maintain service records in the company's CRM system

·         Create, manage and update CAD drawing records in company’s CRM system

·         Communicate with clients to provide status updates and address any concerns or issues

·         Assist with administrative tasks such as invoicing, data entry, and filing

·         Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and timely resolution of issues

·         Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to roofing and masonry services

·         Adhere to company safety policies and procedures

·         Assist with other duties as assigned by management

·         Further your education and/or knowledge of the industries that KGS services.

·         Reports to Service Manager

· Prior experience in customer service or coordination role

· Knowledge of roofing systems and maintenance preferred

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

· Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

· Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service

· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
