LHH is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager in Duluth, GA who will play a key role in supporting our human resources functions while also acting as a strategic partner to various business units. This position combines traditional HR responsibilities with HR Business Partner functions to foster a positive work environment, enhance employee engagement, and align HR strategies with organizational goals.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support in areas such as performance management, conflict resolution, and career development.
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee training programs to promote professional growth and skill enhancement within the organization.
- Support management in implementing performance appraisal systems, providing coaching on performance-related issues, and facilitating employee development plans.
- Oversee employee benefits programs, including enrollment, communication, and compliance, while educating employees on available options.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company values and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, maintaining accurate employee records and documentation.
- Utilize data to analyze HR metrics and trends, making recommendations for improvements in processes and practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in organizational development, change management, and effective communication strategies.
- 3-5 Years of experience in human resources with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and HR business partnering.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
