Core Responsibilities:

  • Promptly greet guests and ask questions to understand their vehicle preferences and build rapport
  • Make product recommendations based on client needs and interests, perform professional vehicle demonstrations highlighting features and technology, and organize test drives
  • Negotiate deals with clients and assist with completion of sales and financing paperwork
  • Deliver sold vehicles to customers ensuring quality service and complete customer satisfaction
  • Follow up with buyers to ensure they are happy with their new vehicle and assist with any questions or concerns they may have
  • Conduct business development and networking activities to generate sales and referrals, logging sales activities in the CRM system daily
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge of vehicle inventory and optional add-ons

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • 2+ years of automotive sales experience is required; pre-owned luxury vehicle sales experience is preferred
  • Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills, both in person and over the phone, with a focus on exceeding client expectations
  • Knowledgeable about current automotive trends with a strong desire for continuous learning and growth
  • Self-motivated and achievement driven with an unwavering work ethic
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills to overcome client objections, close deals and meet sales goals
  • Computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn and apply new technology
  • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required
  • Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Hours and Work Environment

We are open Monday – Saturday from 8AM to 8PM. We ask that all applicants have the availability to work any of the days and times listed above. This customer-facing role requires the ability to interact with clients frequently, both in person and over the phone, and occasionally working outdoors on the Sales Lot. You will report to the Sales Management team.
