Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg in Saginaw, MI

**Must-Have:**
- Med/Surg Observation experience
- General Med/Surg experience (Oncology, Observation, Hospice, Medical Surgical Patients)
- Recent traveler experience is highly preferred
**Job Description:**
- Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications
- Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs
- Adjust specialized medical equipment as needed, and interpret and record measurements
- Monitor patient vitals and report adverse reactions to medications in a timely manner
- Be prepared to float between two hospitals within the region for critical staffing support as needed, though floating is not the intended norm
- Work every other weekend and holidays as required

- Work History
- Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty
- Two Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years
