Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one supervision to the therapist and case.
- Provide one-on-one parent training on the case.
- Provide therapist on case with supervision, guidance, and training in behavior analytic antecedent control procedures, teaching strategies, and consequence interventions
- Ensure that the program is being implemented correctly and consistently.
- Conduct quality control processes for clinical treatment, schedule/cancellation, signatures for rendered sessions, therapist performance, consistent data collection, and more.
- Collect accurate data that will be reviewed by a BCBA for Progress Report completion.
- Meet with your BCBA once a month to review cases.
- Provide direct therapy sessions to the client if your behavior therapist is absent and cannot provide the treatment session.
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments
Pay: $36.00 - $39.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
Requirements
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or enrolled in program - Transcripts required
- Minimum 2 years of experience providing ABA services to children with Autism.
- Expertise in the development of skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
- Experience supervising RBT/Behavior Technicians (Therapists) - Preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Solid technical skills and passion for quality service.
- Organized and efficient, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Positive and professional team player.
- Excellent interpersonal and social skills, able to connect easily with others.
- BACB fieldwork supervision-restricted and unrestricted hours
