GRILL / LINE / FRY
The Aielli Group is looking for multiple BOH positions, to be part of our team. The various cook positions will prepare food according to recipe standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, portions, garnishing and presentation standards.
To be a successful BOH culinarian, you should be a committed, communicative team player with excellent time management skills. You should be able to prioritize tasks in a busy setting and adhere to all food and safety regulations.
Responsibilities

Responsible for quality, quantity, consistency, and timeliness of food preparation.

Follow established recipe guidelines.

Demonstrate knowledge of menu items and standards by memory.

Ensure the food is at the correct temperature and is attractive.

Follow and adhere to proper food handling procedures; food storage, wrapping, dating, rotation, and prevention of cross-contamination.

Carry pans, containers, and trays of food to and from workstation, stove, and cooler in accordance with established safety standards.

Clean, sanitize, and maintain work areas, equipment, and utensils to ensure sanitation standards are met.

Maintain a good working relationship with coworkers.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Grill, line and/or fry experience.
- Strong problem solving and communication skills.
- Exceptional time management.
- Ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift.
- Lift at least 50 lbs.
- Comply with all food and safety regulations.
