In 2022 a new Marketing leadership team was formed to establish Prologis’ marketing infrastructure and enhance capabilities to help drive awareness and consideration for its growing Prologis Essentials platform. The Marketing leadership team plays a critical role in the success of the business units across its operations, energy & sustainability, mobility and workforce. The Marketing team is composed of dedicated experts across critical marketing disciplines, with a passion for supporting Prologis and its customers to reduce the world’s carbon footprint while also increasing revenue and profitability.
We are seeking a senior Marketing Data Analyst to lead marketing analytics and measurement in support of the growing roadmap of omnichannel capabilities. The ideal candidate has a keen ability of translating data into insights, and a deep understanding of designing analytics plans around marketing campaigns/programs and omnichannel experiences. The ideal candidate will also be forward-thinking and will be able to anticipate the organization’s needs as consumer needs change with the ever-evolving omnichannel analytical landscapes and must be able to meaningfully communicate insights and information to a broad group of stakeholders through exceptional oral and written communication.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing plans that align with company goals and target audience, infusing them with insights aimed to improve overall engagement and conversion rates.
- Develop performance insights into digital journeys through funnel analysis, traffic pattern analysis and recommend improvements in performance and personalization.
- Stay abreast of the latest digital tools and approaches for web/mobile analytics and data collection including cookie approaches, 3rd party pixels, etc. in compliance with regulations and requirements.
- Analyze and understand the effectiveness of outbound marketing channels and efforts, from paid (display, search, social, programmatic, etc) to owned (web, email, social) to earned (influencers).
- Measure the value of digital in terms of OPEX savings, cost savings and revenue generation.
- Utilize Google Analytics, Salesforce Pardot and other marketing analytics tools to gather, analyze and interpret crucial marketing data and deliver actionable insights.
- Develop a detailed Google Analytics tagging strategy and testing roadmap to ensure comprehensive and precise data collection.
- Design-build multi-touch marketing attribution reporting to influence marketing decisions.
- Design and read tests and measure incremental lift, results of A-B or other multivariate testing.
- Design and build Tableau dashboards for real-time, comprehensive marketing performance reporting.
- Present transparent and actionable strategic recommendations, derived from data analysis, to senior management.
- Cultivate a data-driven culture within the marketing team, encouraging best practices in data management, analysis, and reporting.
Building blocks for success:
Required:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in a marketing analytics or business intelligence role.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Salesforce Pardot, Tableau, and other related analytics tools is necessary.
- Proven experience in developing Google Analytics tagging frameworks and multi-touch marketing attribution reporting.
- Exceptional data analysis, interpretation, and visualization skills and the ability to convert raw data into meaningful, actionable insights.
- Strong collaboration skills with proven success in working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and detail-oriented, demonstrating leadership skills in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, statistics, business administration, or a related field.
Hiring Salary Range of: $74,000 - $102,000. Salary to be determined by the candidate’s location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
