Travel Nurse RN - CVOR in Midland, MI

**Job Description:**
- Assess the needs of each patient before and during surgical procedures and maintain patient safety.
- Outline individual care plans, implement and evaluate care, and document patient progress during surgical procedures.
- Provide leadership to the OR team.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, OR team members, supervisors, managers, and ancillary departments.
- Participate in staff development through preceptorship and continuing education.
- On-call hours are from 1630-0700, for 14.5 hours over 10 days in a 4-week period.
- Required to work every 3rd weekend on-call.
- Facilities are closed for surgery on Saturdays and Sundays unless an inpatient requires surgery.
- A 50-mile radius restriction applies to candidates' permanent addresses; local candidates will not be considered.
