About the Role
As the Director of Industrial Engineering, you will lead a team of Industrial Engineers tasked with optimizing processes within our warehouses. You will be responsible for driving continuous improvements, Leveraging hardware and automation solutions, and enhancing operational efficiency across all facets of our supply chain. Your role will focus on process optimization, rate benchmarking, equipment needs, and layout design to ensure we are working at peak efficiency while meeting the demands of a fast-paced logistics environment.
You will report to the Head of Supply Chain Optimization and work closely with cross-functional teams to outline the priorities and vision for your team. Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently drive improvement and to successfully deploy initiatives and optimized strategies.

What You’ll Do:

What you bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
7+ years of experience in industrial engineering, with a focus on warehousing, distribution, and automation.
Proven experience in process optimization, layout design, and equipment management within a supply chain environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of driving improvements in operational settings.
Expertise in platform and automation approvals, deployments, and improvements.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong results-driven mentality.
