The Childcare Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the childcare center. This includes managing staff, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and providing a safe and nurturing environment for children.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and maintain accurate records
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff to address concerns and provide updates
• Manage the budget and financial operations of the center
• Plan and coordinate educational and recreational activities for children
• Ensure that the center is clean, organized, and well-maintained

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in childcare management
• Knowledge of state regulations and licensing requirements
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage a budget and financial operations
• Passion for working with children and providing a safe and nurturing environment
