Firm Advice is conducting a search on behalf of our significant, international aviation client for a part-time (approx. 15 to 20 hours per week) attorney to assist with antitrust matters on a temporary basis.
This subject matter expert will work with the in-house transactional and compliance attorneys as well as outside counsel to ensure contracts and actions of employees are compliant from an antitrust perspective. Selected attorney may be required to provide training of employees on antitrust compliance.
Position is part-time beginning immediately. This client has converted multiple people from temp to full-time employees.
Position is fully remote.
REQUIREMENTS
· JD and a US bar license required.
· 10 plus years of relevant antitrust experience, preferably some of which was gained in a law firm.
· Aviation, airline, or aerospace industry experience is a plus.
· Ability to work remotely, both independently and as a team, in a fast-paced, collegial environment.
