Responsibilities:
Successfully plan, execute, and monitor critical change projects, ensuring their alignment with organizational goals and driving real impact.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance the organization's change management capabilities.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of change efforts, driving operational excellence.
Develop and execute impactful communication strategies that engage stakeholders and address their concerns throughout the change process.
Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, gaining their buy-in and support for change initiatives.
Actively engage with team members to understand their challenges and opportunities, fostering trust and collaboration.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of change initiatives and refine strategies.
Provide guidance and support to employees during periods of transition, helping them navigate change with confidence.
Document change management activities, outcomes, and insights to inform future initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Up to 75% domestic travel, primarily Monday and Thursday.
