Responsibilities

We are looking for a talented, self-directed search engine growth manager with an analytical mindset to join TikTok in Singapore. You will be responsible for increasing search engine traffic for multiple business objectives, including but not limited to downloads, page clicks and user retargeting.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for user sharing and re-engagement business of content community products in global markets, including but not limited to user sharing activation, sharing path efficiency, and optimization of new user acquisition and re-engagement efficiency.
  2. Combine business insight, user research, data analysis, and other methods to identify and explore growth opportunities, and formulate growth strategies for different countries, stages, and user groups.
  3. Work closely with product development, recommendation, operations, marketing, and advertising teams to ensure overall project progress and effectiveness.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, with over 3 years of experience in internet user growth and strategy products.
  2. Familiar with content products and industry growth methodologies, capable of independently designing sharing, re-engagement, viral activities, and communication strategies.
  3. Strong data mindset, able to develop comprehensive data evaluation logic for the responsible area; clear logic and a well-defined, reasonable decomposition plan and roadmap for the responsible area.
  4. Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to independently coordinate project stakeholders, drive project implementation, and achieve results. Strong learning ability and growth mindset are highly valued.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Successful cases in sharing strategies or sharing activities are preferred, with mature methodologies in traffic segmentation, user segmentation, A/B testing, and conversion rate improvement.

For Pay Transparency Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $149000 - $279900 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
